16 oz mascarpone cheese cold from the fridge 1.5 cups heavy cream cold 0.5 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled 24 pieces ladyfinger cookies 200 g Aero chocolate chopped 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
In a mixing bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not overly soggy.
Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Sprinkle half of the chopped Aero chocolate over the layer.
Repeat the layers with the remaining soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and Aero chocolate.
Smooth the top with a spatula, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with additional Aero chocolate pieces if desired.
Customization: Use mint Aero chocolate for a refreshing twist.
