For the Crumble Topping:
1cupall-purpose flour
½cupold-fashioned rolled oats
½cupgranulated sugar
1tspground cinnamon
½cupunsalted buttercold and cubed
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish and set aside.
Prepare the Fruit Filling:
In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced apples and strawberries with granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch until the fruit is evenly coated. Transfer the fruit mixture to the prepared baking dish.
