2 cups graham cracker crumbs 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted 1/4 cup brown sugar for crust 24 oz cream cheese softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 3 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp butter extract 1 cup butterscotch chips melted 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 cup whipped cream for topping 1/4 cup butterscotch sauce for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
