Ingredients
  

  • For the Brownies:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • For the Churro Topping:
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • For Optional Drizzle:
  • ½ cup melted chocolate or caramel sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Make the Brownie Batter:
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients:
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Pour into the Pan:
  • Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  • Add the Churro Topping:
  • In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the top of the brownie batter.
  • Bake:
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool and Slice:
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
  • Optional Drizzle:
  • Drizzle melted chocolate or caramel sauce over the brownies for an extra touch of indulgence.
