Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat or low-fat
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut butter such as almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, blend the cottage cheese, honey, nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and fold in the oat flour and salt until a dough-like consistency forms.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
