Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to kill bacteria. Let cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Gradually add the heat-treated flour, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
