  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine mini marshmallows and milk. Stir continuously until marshmallows are fully melted. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar (if using) until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the cooled marshmallow mixture into the whipped cream until smooth and well combined.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
