1.5 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 0.5 tsp baking soda 0.5 tsp salt 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg 0.75 cup granulated sugar 1 cup feijoa pulp scooped and mashed 0.5 cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs room temperature 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, mix the feijoa pulp, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
