  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over low heat, warm the fruit juice and honey, stirring until combined.
  • Slowly whisk in the gelatin, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
  • Add the lemon juice, if using, and stir until incorporated.
  • Remove from heat and use a dropper to fill silicone gummy molds with the mixture.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  • Pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy!
