This Homemade Irish Cream is a rich and creamy liqueur made with whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, and a hint of coffee. Perfect for sipping, mixing into cocktails, or adding to coffee!
In a blender, combine Irish whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, instant coffee, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). Blend on low speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour the mixture into glass bottles and seal tightly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Shake well before each use.
