Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine Irish whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, instant coffee, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). Blend on low speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into glass bottles and seal tightly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Shake well before each use.

Notes

  • Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving.
  • Serving Suggestions: Enjoy over ice, in coffee, or in cocktails.
