This rich and creamy Hot Cocoa Fudge is made with chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and mini marshmallows for the ultimate winter treat. A delicious twist on classic hot cocoa in fudge form!
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir continuously until smooth and melted.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips over the top, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
