1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup light corn syrup 1/4 tsp salt 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chopped 2 tbsp unsalted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract
