1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted 1 large egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup milk
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 4-inch cake pans.
