  • 10 pieces rambutan peeled and deseeded
  • 1.5 cups cold water or coconut water for extra flavor
  • 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice freshly squeezed, optional
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the peeled and deseeded rambutans, cold water, honey (or simple syrup), and lime juice (if using).
  • Blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
  • For a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove pulp.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the rambutan juice over them.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Customization: Add a few mint leaves for a fresh twist.
  • Serving Tip: Blend with coconut milk for a creamier texture.
