10 pieces rambutan peeled and deseeded 1.5 cups cold water or coconut water for extra flavor 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup adjust to taste 1 tsp lime juice freshly squeezed, optional 0.5 cup ice cubes for serving
In a blender, combine the peeled and deseeded rambutans, cold water, honey (or simple syrup), and lime juice (if using).
Blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
For a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove pulp.
Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the rambutan juice over them.
