These S’mores Stuffed Brownies are rich, fudgy, and packed with layers of graham crackers, gooey marshmallows, and melted chocolate, making them the ultimate campfire-inspired dessert.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a smooth brownie batter forms.
Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Layer with graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and chopped milk chocolate. Spread the remaining brownie batter over the top.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (avoid the marshmallow layer when testing).
Let brownies cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely for another 1.5 hours before slicing.
Notes
Optional Equipment: A serrated knife makes cutting through the marshmallow layer easier.
Customization: Add extra chocolate drizzle on top for more indulgence.
Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
Serving Tip: Warm slightly before serving for an extra gooey texture.
