This homemade Strawberry Ice Cream is creamy, rich, and bursting with fresh strawberry flavor. Made with simple ingredients, it's the perfect summer treat!
In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the strawberry puree until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
If not using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours.
Once firm, scoop and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Storage: Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
