6 cups crispy rice cereal 10 oz marshmallows mini or regular 4 tbsp unsalted butter 2 tsp ube extract 0.25 tsp salt optional, to balance sweetness
In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the ube extract and salt (if using), mixing until well incorporated.
