Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz white chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg white optional, for extra fluffiness
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar optional, for added sweetness

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • If using, in a separate bowl, whisk the egg white with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  • If using egg white, carefully fold it into the mousse for a lighter texture.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Serving Tip: Garnish with white chocolate shavings, berries, or a drizzle of raspberry sauce.
  • Storage: Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve chilled.
  • Flavor Variation: Add a splash of almond or orange extract for a unique twist.
