1 cup granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 cup cold water
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In an ungreased 8x8-inch baking pan, sift together the sugar, flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
